Mystery Box Challenge | Making a 100 Layer Lasagne!!

#WithMe – Anyone here a fan of a lasagne or lasagna recipe? Well today, your dreams have come true because James has a Mystery Box Challenge where Mike will try to make a lasagne with 100 LAYERS using unused ingredients from our studio kitchen. This masterpiece was invented by Chef, Mark Ladner in 2009 for the New York City restaurant, Del Posto. That’s 50 layers of fresh pasta, in between another 50 layers of sauce. Sounds easy, right?

Watch now to see if Mike manages to pull it off in this self-isolation special!

*Don’t panic, no ingredients were wasted in the making of this video. The result is currently frozen for Ben and James to try in person!*
