Thank you Paul for being such a good sport as to loan me a watch that I told you I didn’t like! Ha! They just look like they belong in another decade, these Couturas, and it is a decade that isn;t trendy at the moment. Perhaps a revamp would broaden thier appeal? Big shout out yet again to ‘Gary From Birmingham’. The man has taste. I’m glad he didn;t pay $6000 for one of these though! I kinda get ‘it’ even after a short period of time with his 17.09. It looks like a Ming, has quirks I have not seen anywhere else, and clearly, rock solid residuals. Will I be setting an alarm for their next release? Doubt it, but I’ll happily bnorrow another from Gary in the future. Cheers, Jody
