When I was first setting up my YouTube account, all the names I wanted to use were already taken, so in frustration I just entered 01032010814, which was the exact date and time I was setting it up. January 3rd, 2010 at 8:14am.
I thought for sure there would be a way to change it later on, but apparently the URL is locked in for life. So there you have it.
