In this video, we’ll show you how to make an impressive holiday dinner entree. We first rub lamb chops with dried rosemary, basil, and thyme. The chops hang out for 15 minutes to absorb the flavor of the herbs and then are quickly seared in a pan. To drizzle over the chops, we’ll make a super easy and highly flavorful sauce out of balsamic vinegar, shallots, and chicken broth. We’ll finish it off with a bit of butter for extra creaminess.
